HOW MANY TIMES TO EAT?.
If you are in the weight loss process...you can eat 3 times or 5 times or 7 times! Cause actually it’s up to you!.
Only your body will tell you what is best for you according to your feelings!.
Only one thing which is basic-3 times ->means amount of calories per 1 meal is more; 5-7 times-> amount of calories is less+portion size control!.
And for sure, don’t forget to control WHAT you eat-content of food is 80% of your result in weight loss program!.
