The organs that deal with urination are mainly the kidneys and the bladder: the kidneys are responsible for filtering impurities in the blood to generate urine; the bladder is responsible for storing the generated urine and expelling it when the time is right. Taking an example from life, the kidney is a factory for manufacturing products, and the bladder is a warehouse for storing products.
Adults normally urinate 4 to 6 times during the day, 0 to 2 times at night, and more than 8 times a day may be frequent urination. The capacity of the adult bladder is generally 300 to 500cc (ml). When about 100cc is stored, there will be a slight urge to urinate, but it usually lasts for a moment, and most people ignore it. It is about 300 to 400cc that they really need to go to the toilet. Most of the frequent urination is not divided into day and night, and will frequently go to the toilet at any time.
There are many reasons for frequent urination. If you suspect that you have frequent urination, you don’t need to worry about it. You can buy a plastic measuring cup yourself, record the amount of urine and the frequency of urination in a day, and then submit the record to the doctor for analysis, and the doctor will give advice. If you feel red pain when urinating, have blood in your urine, stomach pain, too many times, or incontinence.

Occasional foamy urination is normal, as the speed of urination and other factors can affect this.
But if foamy urine symptoms persist and become more pronounced over time, you should see your doctor. This may be a sign of protein in the urine (proteinuria) and requires further evaluation. Increased protein levels in your urine may mean you have serious kidney problems.
If your urine looks unusually frothy most of the time, your doctor may recommend a urine test to check for elevated protein levels. If the test is positive, further testing may be required to determine the cause of the problem.
