كيفية وضع العدسات اللاصقة؟

الخطوة 1
قم بإزالة العدسة برفق من العبوة بعد غسل يديك وتجفيفهما، ثم تأكد من أنك تمسك بالجانب الصحيح من العدسة
من المهم تنظيف يديك لإزالة أي أوساخ أو شعر أو بكتيريا قد تكون تراكمت عليها. إذا تم وضع هذه الملوثات في عينيك، فقد تسبب تهيجا خطيرا

يجب عليك أيضا وضع منشفة على طاولة الحمام الخاصة بك. سيساعد ذلك في الحفاظ على جفاف المنطقة، و سيمنحك مساحة نظيفة للعدسات الخاصة بك قبل وضعها في عينيك



الخطوة 2
ارفع جفنك العلوي و اسحب الجفن السفلي لأسفل، ثم استخدم السبابة لتطبيق العدسة بلطف
ضع عدسة واحدة على السبابة. يجب أن تكون كل من عدستك وإصبعك مبللين بمحلول العدسات اللاصقة في هذه المرحلة. تأكد من توازن العدسة في الجزء المركزي من إصبعك، مع توجيه الخارج (الجانب الملون/المطبوع) إلى الأسفل.

ستكون العدسة ناعمة ومرنة. إذا تم طي جزء من الحافة الدائرية للعدسة لأسفل، فادفعها برفق لأعلى بإصبع السبابة الآخر.
للتأكد من أن العدسة على الجانب الأيمن ، انتبه بعناية إلى الحواف. إذا ظهرت الحواف مثل وعاء ، فهذا صحيح. إنها الحواف العلوية تشتعل ثم تكون من الداخل إلى الخارج.



الخطوة 3
انظر نحو الأعلى و الأسفل و لليسار و اليمين بعد وضع العدسة بحيث تستقر في مكانها، ثم أغمض عينيك لفترة من الوقت
ضع العدسة اللاصقة على عينيك وحرر جفنك السفلي. يجب أن تكون العدسة متمركزة في عينيك في هذه المرحلة، ويجب أن تكون قد التزمت بعينيك بسبب سطحها الرطب وشكلها المقعر. غمض عينيك لضبط العدسة وتوسيطها.

إذا وجدت صعوبة في النظر إلى الأمام مباشرة أثناء وضع العدسة في عينيك (إذا كنت تتراجع عندما يقترب إصبعك من عينيك، على سبيل المثال)، فحاول النظر إلى الأعلى أو إلى الجانب. تأكد من توسيط العدسة بعد الوميض



الخطوة 4
كرر العملية للعين الأخرى بنفس الخطوات
كرر الإجراء مع عينك الأخرى. من الشائع وضع العدسة في عينك اليمنى أولا، باستخدام يدك اليسرى لفصل جفونك.

بمجرد دخول العدسة الأولى، استخدم يدك اليمنى لوضع العدسة الثانية في عينك اليسرى. إذا كنت أعسر ، فقد تجد أنه من الأسهل وضع العدسة اليسرى أولا.

How to put in a contact lens?

STEP 1:
Gently remove the lens from the packaging after washing and drying your hands, then make sure you are holding the correct side of the lens.
it’s important to clean your hands to remove any dirt, hair, great, or bacteria that may have accumulated on them. If these contaminants are put into your eyes, they may cause serious irritation.

You should also put down a towel on your bathroom counter. This will help keep the area dry, and will give you a clean space to set out your contacts before you put them in your eyes.



STEP 2:
Lift your upper eyelid and pull the lower eyelid down, then use your index finger to gently apply the lens.
Place one lens on your index finger. Both your lens and your finger should be wet with contact-lens solution at this point. Make sure that the lens is balancing in the central part of your finger, with the outside (the coloured /printed side) pointed downward.

The lens will be soft and malleable. If part of the lens’s circular edge folds down, gently push it back up with your other index finger.
To make sure the lens is right side out, pay careful attention to the edges. If the edges turn up like a bowl it is correct. It the top edges flare out then it is inside out.



STEP 3:
Look up, down, left, and right after placing the lens so that it snaps into place, then close your eye for a while.
Place the contact lens on your eye and release your lower lid. The lens should be centered in your eye at this point, and should have adhered itself to your eye due to its wet surface and concave shape. Blink your eye to adjust and center the lens.

If you find it difficult to look straight ahead while placing the lens in your eye (if you flinch when your finger gets close to your eye, for example), try looking up or to the side. Make sure that the lens is centered after you blink.



STEP 4:
Do it again for the other eye with the same steps!
