On my birthday, 14 August 2026 (Friday) afternoon, Anson was my hairstylist, and I’m really happy with the haircut and style he gave me. 👌🏻

He took the time to understand the haircut and style I wanted, while also suggesting the cutting alignment and adjustments that he felt would suit me better. Even though my hair wasn’t exactly in the ideal condition or length for the style I had in mind, he respected what I wanted and did his best to elevate the overall look.

What I really appreciate about Anson is how approachable, attentive, and genuinely concerned he is about his customers. I felt completely at peace and comfortable while he was doing my haircut — no pressure, just trust and good communication.

Introducing our NEW Birthday Month Treat: Complimentary Scalp Spa

Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
Valid once per member during the member’s birthday month. The benefit is for the birthday member’s personal use only and is non-transferable.

2. The benefit entitles the member to ONE complimentary Scalp Spa Treatment.

3. Minimum Service Requirement
The complimentary Scalp Spa is valid only when added to an eligible à la carte online service purchase of $43 or above.

4. Same Appointment
The complimentary Scalp Spa and the qualifying service must be performed during the same appointment and cannot be separated into two different sessions.

5. Advance Booking Required
Members must mention the Birthday Benefit when making the appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated for the Scalp Spa.

If the benefit was not mentioned in advance and sufficient treatment time has not been allocated, it cannot be retrospectively applied or claimed after the service has been completed. The member may make a new eligible booking within the same birthday month, subject to availability and prevailing T&Cs.

6. Redemption Period
The benefit must be redeemed within the member’s birthday month. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward or extended beyond the birthday month.

7. Packages, Bundles & Promotions
The complimentary Scalp Spa cannot be used to offset, replace or deduct the value of a treatment already included in a package, bundle, promotion or specially priced service.

8. Other Complimentary Benefits
Cannot be combined with another complimentary treatment voucher or birthday benefit.

9. No Cash or Credit Value
The benefit has no cash or credit value and cannot be exchanged for salon credits, retail products or another service.

10. Proof of date of birth may be requested if the member’s birthday is not registered or verified in our system.

11. Treatment Suitability & Availability
Treatment is subject to hair/scalp suitability, appointment availability and the salon’s professional recommendation.

12. We reserve the rights to amend the terms anytime.
