A small update, and a sincere thank you to my new cs team and existing clients.

I wanted to share a quick follow-up after my earlier post.

Over the last 24 hours, I’ve personally gone through the outstanding messages and conversations, and I’m relieved to say that we’ve been able to clarify and resolve the concerns raised, including two cases that came in just today.

To those who spoke with us directly - thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to explain and put things right. I know it takes time and emotional energy to raise issues, and I truly appreciate that you did.

If there’s anything still unresolved, or if you’ve been holding back because you weren’t sure who was listening — please reach out. We’re here, we’re listening, and we genuinely want to help.

This has been a humbling reminder for me personally, and we’re committed to doing better — not just in fixing issues, but in how we care for you throughout your journey with us.

A message from me, personally.

Over the past few months, I’ve taken the time to read through the reviews and feedback shared about Pink Parlour. I won’t pretend it hasn’t been hard to read — because it genuinely saddens me to know that some of you have had experiences that fell short of what you trusted us for.

As one of the founders, I want to say this clearly and publicly: I take full responsibility.

No explanation, no excuses.

Pink Parlour was built on trust, care, and consistency. When any customer feels unheard, disrespected, or disappointed, that means we’ve failed to live up to our own standards — and that matters deeply to me.

Because of this, we are taking immediate action:
We are engaging a new customer service team to improve response times, clarity, and follow-up.

We are implementing a new booking and feedback system to reduce errors, missed messages, and frustration.

And most importantly, I am personally reviewing the feedback and reaching out case by case to resolve matters fairly and properly. It will take time, but I am committed to doing this one by one.

Some of you have also asked why we are changing how we offer our services. This is exactly why.

We have made the decision to move away from large prepaid packages and shift towards monthly membership plans instead — a model that is fairer for clients, reduces risk, and ensures our team stays focused on delivering consistent, high-quality service throughout your entire journey, not just at the point of sale.
