Share ko lang experience ko sa pag take ng Glutathione supplement na to.I'm morena po pero ang reason kung bakit gumamit ako ng Aishi Tokyo ay dahil sa may PCOS( Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) ako,meron kase akong napanood na review neto na,may PCOS din at maganda yung result sa kanya ng Aishi Tokyo.
Kaya tinry ko din sya kase 3 months na naman akong di dinadatnan tapos constipated din ako,may mga pimples na naman na lumalabas sa face ko.
So ito na nga 1st week ng pag take ko as usual wala pa akong nakikitang pagbabago,but on the 2nd week napansin ko na medjo nagiging okay yung pag poops ko,every other day na sya,,kase every 3 to 4 days ako bago makapag poops.
On the 3rd weeks dito na ko natutuwa dahil everyday na ako nag popoops,tsaka napapansin ng mga kasama ko sa bahay ng nag goglow daw yung skin ko at mejo naglighten,tinatanong nila kung anong ginagamit ko, sabi ko secret 😅.
On the 4th weeks,napansin ko din sa face ko yung pimples ko di nadagdagan.Ang saya!
Pang 3rd Bottle ko na din ng Aishi Tokyo and last week lang sobrang saya ko dahil dinatnan na ako,at first time ko na hindi nagka dysmenorrhea.
