💁♀️ Masa terbaik yang anda boleh minum Lovlin Bird's Nest ialah 1 botol setiap pagi semasa perut kosong atau atau 1 botol sebelum tidur 🙋
Sekiranya anda berada dalam pelan Ekonomi, minum 1 botol setiap selang sehari, bermaksud, jika anda telah minum 1 botol pada hari Isnin, kemudian minum satu lagi pada hari rabu.
Sebaliknya, jika anda berada di pelan Progresif, anda boleh minum 1 botol setiap hari masa yang anda pilih (pagi/malam) seperti di atas.
Akhir sekali jika anda berada di pelan Intensif, anda dengan senang hati boleh minum 2 botol setiap hari! 💃 1 botol pada waktu pagi dan sebotol lagi sebelum tidur.
