Alhamdulillah… It has always been my mission to care for new mothers — to help them heal not just physically from the arduous labour, but also from the aches and strains that come with caring for a newborn.

Being a new mother is such a blessing, subhanAllah. Everyone talks about the precious bond, the warm fuzzy feeling, the smell of your baby’s skin, the pure joy of holding your little one… and yes, all of that is beautiful.

But what people often forget to mention is the other side — the exhaustion, the tears that come out of nowhere, the soreness that lingers, the doubts that whisper in your mind when you’re just trying your best.

Motherhood is not just about the baby’s growth, it’s also about a woman’s healing — body, mind, and heart.

That’s why this has always been close to my heart: to hold space for new mothers, to remind them that they matter too. To support them in feeling strong again, inside and out.

Each postnatal massage session is special to me. It’s more than just physical care — it’s a sacred moment of connection, compassion, and trust. In those quiet moments, I see the strength, the vulnerability, and the immense love that every mother carries. And it’s such an honour to be part of their healing journey during this tender time.

To all the mamas out there — you are doing amazing, even on the days that don’t feel like it.

Overdue as post.. Sharing to archive and telling you that Siti's Healing Hands is back!

Hi all, so, as mentioned, I'm away for some time due a surgery.. It's been 10 days since the surgery and alhamdulillah, and also thanks to all your doas, I have since been discharged from the hospital and also removed the catheter (IDC) just earlier today!

Just documenting the journey here and updating you that I'm fine! Doctor says I need to rest for around a month, so stay tuned to my return!
