To Parents and Caregivers

I am conducting a 2 hour workshop on 30th June Tuesday from 10am to noon to help you understand your child better through simple Bazi 八字 analysis. From this workshop, you will understand

- your child’s innate personality and strengths
- your child’s natural tendencies and behaviour
- why your child has difficulty focusing in school
- why your child has low confidence and self doubt
- how to motivate your child to do well in studies
- why is your child strong-willed and has strong opinions
- why is your child’s behavior and results inconsistent
- what is your child’s preferred learning style
- and much more

As a parent myself and a former teacher specialising in gifted education, I have seen how understanding children’s innate abilities can build their confidence and make learning meaningful for them. Self motivation is best.

If you wish to attend but can only make it on Saturday mornings, DM me for details.

Are you an overthinker? Keep replaying the past in your mind or anxious about the future? Present Time essential oil may help to return your mind to the present moment so that you can focus on the now.

Containing Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang and Neroli, this oil blend’s floral and uplifting aroma creates a feeling of being in the moment. Diffusing the oil while doing mindfulness exercises can ease anxiety and low confidence due to unproductive thoughts.

Include Present Time in your family’s night-time routine.

One of the essential oils I chose to make the Focus blend is Vetiver.

It is a thick oil with a rich woodsy aroma. Vetiver helps to improve concentration when working, reducing restlessness in an overactive mind. You can either diffuse the oil to promote a peaceful atmosphere or add to a blend to apply on the back of the neck or under the big toe.

The Flourish & Thrive workshop on helping children thrive in learning was successfully conducted today. Through Bazi analysis, the parents have a better understanding of their children’s natural tendencies, strengths and potential challenges. They can now apply suitable strategies to guide, motivate and connect with their children.

Participants also walked away with a focus oil blend to apply on their children before school and after school homework time.

If you wish to join the next workshop on 30th June, do register early as seats are very limited.

Essential oils safe for children

Essential oils are often used aromatically and topically. I am careful to apply only natural products on my child so I choose Young Living essential oils due to their purity and Seed to Seal promise.

Children have more sensitive and tender skin. I would recommend diluting essential oils in a base oil such as vegetable oils. Test patch on their skin first. The base oil helps the essential oil to be spread over a bigger surface area.

Young Living has roll-on essential oil bottles which are pre-diluted, making them suitable for children and people with sensitive skin.

How to help your child who is taking a major exam this year

31/05/2026

Essential oils can help the learning process by boosting focus, reducing stress, and trigger memory recall through the brain’s olfactory system. Inhaling a specific scent while studying and again during an exam may trigger memory recall. Calming oils reduce test anxiety and stress.

How to use the oils
- Diffuse essential oils in the study room while the child is revising his homework
- Apply brain oils such as Brain Power and Geneyus on the brain stem and crown before going to school
- Apply Clarity as a perk-me-up to improve focus during homework time

Comment “Focus” to connect with me on how to help your child.
