I have eczema issues since after the birth of my first child.

Unfortunately, my son too had it when the weather gets too dry or hot. We have tried a few brand out there and this trio set from Bepanthen helped to control the symptoms quite well and no flairs for a few month since we started this regime.

I’m so glad that the newly introduced set of Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Requests in 2024 will enable parents to formally request for FWAs responsibly and ensure employers manage such requests properly and fairly.

This would mean I can request to leave work earlier to fetch my kids and to continue working after we get home. It would also mean that for tasks that can be done remotely, I can also request for a work from home arrangement so I can be present both at work and at home.

Thankful for this platform that I can now use to speak up and openly communicate my needs with my employer.

Now, I can have the flexibility to tap on both CCL and FWAs to support my children😎 To other parents out there – do make use of this opportunity to request for FWAs where necessary!

And with responsible use of FWAs on your end, along with your employers’ support, mutual trust can be built to ensure such arrangements stay as a sustainable option for parents. 💯
