Free food is literally right around the corner if you display good gym etiquette :)

Just a friendly reminder to all gym users to keep weights back into their respective racks. The photo was taken recently after a gym user left weights lying all over the floor, even weights from the green zone! Afterall, Gym is home and the last time we checked, the Gym Trainers were to ensure safety and provide you training tips, not tidy up after you.

Remember, safety comes first and leaving weights around could actually be dangerous to other gym users and even yourself. We hope that gym users will comply with the 13 rules of gym etiquette (Link attached below).

On a side note, remember that if gym users are caught gymming irresponsibly, Gym trainers have every right to charge an offense to you. In fact, if you do display exemplary gym etiquette, you get to win yourself some protein gains after at B3 so why not start doing so now :)!

Update: Red Zone has reopened but for ladies that are looking to shower or guys wanting to do pull ups, the Green Zone (Partially) and the Ladies' toilet (apparently the source of issue) are currently closed until further notice. We apologize for the recent slew of issues affecting the gym and trust us, the repair team is working around the clock to fix this issue. Cheers m8s :)

Update: Our red zone (The one that you do deadlifts and squats in), has sunken in a puddle of water. Therefore, it will be closed until further notice. Apparently you're not the only one drowning :/

If you have ever felt that exercise was a solemn and serious thing, here are a few fails to make you think otherwise. I mean, just look at some of those exercises. LOL
