- Information and Anatomy about Hip joints.
-Hip Opening asanas practice such as split, twisting asana, and variations.
-Side bending Asana practice.

Inversion class
Sunday 11am.
I chose to leave my old career and start my yoga journey eight years ago. Being so comfortable at that time made the decision challenging.
Having no work, no students, little experience, no place, and little money made it even difficult at the beginning.
Several times, I came close to giving up.
I'm grateful for the support I always receive from my family and friends.
They gave me the motivation and inspiration to never give up, and now I have my own little home shala here where I can practice, teach, and learn.
My daily yoga practice and inspiration take place in this simple, modest home studio.
From here, I met alot of Yogis who shared the same passion as me.
Our practice has changed significantly as a result of the cultivation and hands-on help in the posture from each other.
For individuals who are now considering or looking for a change in their work or other aspects of their lives.
I hope I gave you the courage to change and move forward.
