We all know for a fact that exercise is good for us, even for those who are healthy.

To say is easy but to exercise is tough. Tough because it's not easy to get our butt up, put on our walking/running shoes and get up and going.

Before we even start, we are already starting to fight with ourselves internally: to exercise or not? Yes or yes?

We start giving ourselves excuses to delay or cancel our intention to exercise. True or true?

Yes we asked our diabetic friends how they did it?

They shared with us that initially it's tough. They had a lot of internal conversations within themselves but what bowled them over was the support from their family.

So get your family support for a start and start that work out. Start slow, start with baby step and start NOW!
