Amazing results of a new client who has started with me on 3 July. Has lost 2.9kg and 0.7% body fats over 24 days.
Classes at Hougang Sports Centre and Hougang Swimming Complex have been cancelled for today and tomorrow as I am down with Covid.

Recruiting participants for an senior exercise researchers for our collaborator Biologic Technik.
Who do we want?
Anyone of 65 years and above of various fitness level 1 and walking gait.
What do the participants to do?
Stage 1: Participate in a walking test
Stage 2: Selected individuals from the walking test will undergo a 6 weeks exercise program
What do the participants get?
1) $88 for completing the walking test
2) More cash for the selected individuals who completed the 6 weeks exercise program.
