1) Please make payment within 2 days once we’ve confirmed your order (allow us to respond within 48 hours from your orders). If payment not received, all unpaid orders will be considered cancelled. .
2) In case your orders cannot be fulfilled, we’ll arrange a full refund.
3) No cancellation, exchanged or refund once order is confirmed and payment made; please understand that these items are purchased from overseas distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item.
4) Please note that the actual colour of the items and the colour shown in the photographs may differ for reasons including your computer and monitor settings, the browser you are using, and the light conditions when the photographs were taken.
5) These items are purchased directly from our overseas suppliers. Please understand that we have no control over the quality of the items ordered. We will not be responsible for any complaints / personal dislike / dissatisfaction with the quality & design of the products.
7) No refunds will be given in the event that the shipment is delayed as this is beyond our control.
8) For refund due to manufacturing defects; please inform us within 2 days upon receiving the goods. The items are to be returned to us in its original condition. Customer is liable for the postage cost of returns to the overseas distributors.
9) We will not be responsible for any damages or loss in mail (all mails will have a returned address), thus it is recommended to opt for registered mail / courier.
10) Seller’s responsibility ends once item is sent out.
