What is hijama?

Hijama, also known as wet cupping, is a traditional healing method that involves creating suction on the skin using cups, followed by small, superficial incisions to draw out a small amount of blood. The purpose is believed to be the removal of "stagnant" or "toxic" blood and the stimulation of the body's natural healing processes.

This is what I use for my session.
Disposable hijama cups.
It's a little bit more expensive as I'm not reusing the cups but it's waaaaay more hygenic and less time consuming.
