1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch sea salt

- Using a strainer, discard soaking water and rinse soaked cashews.
- Add the soaked nuts and the rest of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and homogeneous.
- Pour liquid over a fine-mesh strainer into a mug, and discard solid “pulp”.
