2)Do you provide Taobao services ? Yes we do . For taobao service , you may contact any one of us from this page or directly Pm us the link of item u wanted to buy and we'll quote you a reasonable price .

3) I wants to try cosplay but having limited budget... ? wants to cosplay a character just for fun or just for a day or just for photoshoot ? Dont worry , we can help u . we do rental services for the costumes , props , wigs along with accessories ! including washing and ironing ~

4) Looking for a particular item/custom made costumes/wigs ? Please Pm us with the details of the item such as Name of the character , from which series and a picture attachment of the wig or costume then we'll find the item you want and send a red picture to you and check whether is it correct .

5) How does it work ? How long does it take ? How to make payment & how do i get it ?
** Dear customers , if the item you want is ready stock , it only takes 2-3 working days then it will arrive your doorstep BUT if the item is out of stock (specially wigs )or the item is custom made , please take note that PRE-order & custom made item usually takes 2-3 weeks , or more. Also ,There's possible chance that items will be delayed for shipment
(specially for the costumes & sensitive items like cosmetics and swords)

Payment - You can make payment through Deposite Cash Machine or Online transfer . Delivery - After confirm payment , we'll proceed the order and send it using courier service .Example - pos laju ,kangaroo ,city link , etc

Once you Bank in already please let us know . If deposit cash please take a picture of the receipt . If transfer transaction please send us the reference number.

6) Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery ) service ? --means Meet up face to face and pass the item and pay cash . Yes we do but we will not recommend as its very hard to find a right date and good location for meet up . Only certain location is available for COD in Subang area . BUT , you may request COD on Cosplay EVENTS .

7) Worry about Quality of costumes & wigs ? Not satisfy ? Refund / replace /exchange ? Wrong sizes ? If you does not like the Item/Costume that you bought from us .You may request for return and you may order anew/another costume again .BUT we will deduct some amount of the money because its not our fault . We accepts refund or replace order if the item/costume you order you not satisfy with quality /wrong size (But we will examine first ) if you are the one who give us the wrong size /measurements and the tailor make it according to the measurement you gave ,then we will not refund/replace for you but u may RETURN . which stated above .

8) Delivery WRONG item ? There are chances of staff or courier service make mistake ,delivery wrong item all BUT dont worry . If you buy from us , Our shop guarantee we will send the right one . Some shop , if the courier service send wrong /courier fault,they will not take responsibility BUT we do take responsibility . So that our customer can can buy from us safely without worrying.

9) I dont trust online shop or buy from online . Do you have a shop ? Can I go to your shop ? Dont worry bout that. Our shop are not fake and we dont cheat people .We have open booth for many events before . As for our shop ,
actually our shop just started a year ago , we intended to expand it to home base shop but currently not open for visiting because not fully renovate .So currently we're taking online orders and also we'll open booths on certain events .

If the album does not have the wig that u want.Please request for more design or pls send us the ppicture of the wig that u want. We take our wigs directly from China /Taiwan wig factory,so most of the designs we have but we does not have time to update the pictures/catalog . Some are imported from japan.
