We are writing to formally address the unauthorized use of the name “Miss Latjor Foundation,” which is a registered company.

Please be advised that your continued use of our foundation’s name without prior approval is misleading and may cause confusion among the public. This could also lead to misunderstandings between your organization and ours, as the rightful owner of the name.

We strongly advise Yoal Ken TV to immediately cease using the name “Miss Latjor Foundation” in any of your broadcasts, promotions, or materials unless you have obtained explicit written consent from us.

Failure to comply may result in further legal action.
