In addition to his teaching career, Ustaz Akoon is a specialized agronomist. His contributions to agriculture are crucial, reinforcing it as the backbone of the nation while enhancing food security and economic stability.
Recently he appointed as the Deputy Coordinator of the Kuac Graduates Union in Kuajok, Ustaz Akoon is ready to make a significant impact. I am deeply humbled and honored to have been unanimously appointed as the Chairman of the Monyjooc Thon Community in Juba.
I accept this new role with full confidence and commitment. My sincere thanks go to the outgoing leadership team, headed by my brother Majok Anyakdit, for their service and dedication. I also extend my gratitude to the General Assembly of Monyjooc Thon Community for placing their trust in me and entrusting me with this responsibility.

The Principal of Elite High School–Juba, Mr. Chol Maken, has officially agreed to partner with the TBA Coordination Team by sponsoring top-performing primary school debaters.
This opportunity is not limited to academic excellence alone, but will also recognize learners who demonstrate strong eloquence and critical thinking skills—nurturing a new generation of debaters to follow in the footsteps of Ajith Solomon.
The partnership was communicated today through the TBA Chief Coordinator for Bahr el Ghazal.
Scholarship forms will be issued to parents of selected learners after their debate audio submissions have been carefully reviewed and verified for competence.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF ELDER ANEI DIING CHIENY (MAKUEI)
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Elder Anei Diing Chieny (Makuei), popularly known as Anei Achol Wol Ayii Padiany Arial-Bek of Gukyic. He passed away yesterday at around 4:00 PM in Muony-Cham village at the age of 72.
Late Elder Anei had lived with hypertension for more than ten years, which later progressed to renal failure. He had been receiving treatment at Kuajok Hospital. Although his condition appeared to improve, he sadly passed away shortly after returning home to Muony-Cham.
Elder Anei was a highly respected and beloved elder, remembered for his wisdom, kindness, and the lasting impact he made on his family, community, and all who knew him.
