A VIBRANT VOICE ON The;Theme Fangak needs development.

To begin with, Barbuoi payam would like to dignify all the intellectual youths of fangak community from all their diversities, theirs current residential places, whether abroad or within the country, we humbly recognized you as our special son or daughter, we still recall your first breathe at your birth, your first minute of experiencing life gave us hope and today it encourages us to speak to you. Today we are inspired by the spirit of your motherland to speak to you regardless of how far you are.

We know that fangak has many brilliant students studying across the globe, some of which are studying within South Sudan, and others studying abroad. We know that our icons are somewhere hiding themselves, not dreaming about their motherland, the land of Nuer customary laws but do you know your land needs you, your contributions towards the development of it.

Since the beginning of Sudanese modern civilization, many people left the homeland with their good intentions of going out to seek for knowledge, skills and wisdom but never with the intention of finding comfort zone outside the land. Here today we are very disappointed to sadly noticed that most of our youths have forgotten the reasons for their migration.

To remind you today, our parents took us to foreign lands in order to acquire the modern civilization through education, they were not abandoning the Homeland, they wanted us to adapt to the modern world by acquiring knowledge and skills which we could only gain by traveling abroad but today it's unfortunately sad, many youths think of spending their entire lives in foreign lands.

We know that it's not easy to struggle alone so hard in order to achieve your aspirations in education, you have faced some challenges such as humiliation, discrimination, financial problems such as lack of money to pay your school tuitions, walking long distances, insults and ignorance from family's members but you guys still endured all these, just because you wanted to reach your destination in education, now the question is, now that you have finished your studies and embarked on your working fields, what will you do to our county? The only land that can comfort and accommodate you in all aspects.

According to us, the knowledge and skills that you have earned, fit to transform our county, so today we are calling you guys to use your knowledge and skills of social sciences to promote love,and unity in our county( putting revenge killing to an end), we argue you guys to use your knowledge of engineering and other fields to develop our county not only guaranteeing land for your children in foreign lands for a century, this is a thought of shallow minds, the home needs your legacy, build something or do something for remembrance before your fate come.
We call you guys to use your knowledge of physical and biological Sciences to build schools, and hospitals in our home, the vulnerable needs our help, the NGOs we are relying will leave us any time.

Please never mistake of finding your comfort zone outside the home unless if you are still struggling but know the Home and dream of it. Bring your legacies home.
