Announcement to the People of Kauto and entire Toposa community
Dear people of Kauto, our elders, youth, men, and women โ
Receive warm greetings in the name of peace.
Tomorrow, on the 9th of October 2025, there will be a big celebration in Nanyangachor. This celebration is about peace and reconciliation among our own people.
The local youth from the villages, who for a long time have been having conflicts with the people living inside Nanyangachor town, have now come together and said, โLet us stop this. Let us live in peace.โ
They have decided to forgive and forget the past, to stop fighting, stoning one another, and taking womenโs local brew without paying. They now want to grow together in peace, work together, and build a better future for their children.
Let peace reign among us. Let our hearts be one.
Alakara!
