My goal when traveling with kids is to have fun, but also make sure we are getting sleep and some nutrients so we can actually have fun, feel good, and not spiral out of control. 🌪️IYKYK

• Vitamins — we all take it
• + electrolytes to add to water (unflavored for me, watermelon flavored for kids)

• Hydrating mask (travel typically makes my skin dry)

For toddlers👯‍♀️👶🏻👶🏻:
• Blackout curtains (I call ahead to see if they already have them, if not I bring)
• Sleep vitamins — using

• Snacks🥕🍓🍭:
- freeze dried fruit or dried fruit, no sugar added
- applesauce pouches
- sliced carrots - not baby carrots, real ones

We’re in a season where when we arent working, we spend the majority of time at home — because leaving the house with this many toddlers is 🤪. It’s a beautiful chaos.

How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives. The little things add up to the big things and the more I look inward and work on myself the more fulfilled I feel with being a wife, mom, friend, business owner, human. Grateful for the journey and to have our health and our family. Cheers to being present and finding joy in the day to day 🫶🏼

I always wanted to be a twin (bc Mary Kate + Ashley, duh) but never thought I’d actually have twins and now I can’t imagine our family any other way. I’m so thankful everyday for these tiny people🥹

Going down memory lane — the day the twins were born 🥹

When I first found out I was pregnant with twins, I was beyond shocked and scared. Before I became an NP I worked as a nurse in the NICU and had so many twins as patients so the “what ifs” were always in the back of my mind throughout my entire pregnancy.

My pregnancy was challenging and I had more health issues than I’ve ever had but the babies stayed put until 37 weeks and besides being small are healthy. I thank God every day for the health of these tiny boys and feel so grateful God chose me to be their mama💙💙

side note: it’s always so stressful getting family photos and in the moment it seems like there’s no way they are going to turn out good. i promise you that if you saw us during these photos it was like 🌪🤬… i’d like to thank jelly beans and tickles for making these moments look so sweet🍬
