Raja Dominador Datahan Magarin is a Theocracist, Indigenous Peoples Counselor and Consultant, Law & Environmental Advocate, Public Speaker & Debater, Educator, Researcher, and Vlogger. He belongs to the Eskaya Tribal Community with its ancestral domain in Bohol Islands Province and founder of the Eskaya Sotbaganate and Rajanate in southern part of the Philippines. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in International Relations (BSIR), Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), and Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) of the Mindanao State University, Main Campus, Marawi City, Philippines.
Currently, he is a Filipino foreign teacher in English language and grammar, science, and mathematics under the Nonthaburi Province Foreign Teaching Project of Ramkhamhaeng Institute of Languages (RIL) of the Ramkhamhaeng University Main Campus, Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand. He is the first Filipino foreign teacher appointed as the Reading and Interview Assessor of the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization of the Provincial Government of Nonthaburi, Thailand. He also founded and presently serve as the executive director of the International Filipino Organization that primordially aims for Filipino teachers’ excellence in the teaching profession overseas. In 2010, he opened the and implemented the quality policy and standard for English Education Program under the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education (ONIE), United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Thailand Office for the provinces of Yasothon and Loei, Kingdom of Thailand within the period of two (2) year and eight (😎 months. In the past, he represented the Philippines as an independent adjudicator during the third United Asian Universities Debating Championships held in Bangkok, Thailand last 2010 at Assumption University of Thailand.

In the Philippines, he acted as the Survey Executive Chairman of the Quality Executive Survey Committee for Accreditation for Saint Peter’s College conducted survey, inventory, implementation, and periodic review of the quality assurance and standards to the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation. He initiated the formulation and total implementation of Saint Peter’s College Quality Manual in Iligan City, Philippines which includes Quality System Manual, Quality System Procedures, Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Institutional Quality Policy.

In the Southern Philippine parliamentary debating arena, he is regarded as the “Father of Caraga Parliamentary Debating” in the northeastern part of Mindanao, Philippines leading to the annual convention and conference of Caraga Regional Schools Debating Championships. He also served as the third remarkable convenor and tournament director of the 3rd Mindanao Parliamentary Debating Championship 2001, an annual debate tournament among colleges and universities in Mindanao .

As Founder, Chief Executive Officer/Director General, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Jesus University of Divine Education Ambassadors Nexus of Intelligence and Supernatural Metaphysics (JUDEANISM) through JUDEANISM School of Passionate English Adjudicators and Keen Speakers (JUDEANISM SPEAKS); initiated, created, and accredited the foundation of duly established English speech and debating clubs and societies using parliamentary debate formats among private and public secondary schools in Northeastern Mindanao otherwise known as ‘Caraga Administrative Region-XIII’, Republic of the Philippines.
As Founder and Director of the Tournament, established and managed Caraga Speech and Debate Council since 1997 to date with world quality standard annual public speaking and debate tournaments for Butuan City Schools Debating Championships; Caraga Schools Debating Championships; and Mindanao Parliamentary Debating Championships using parliamentary debate formats in preparation of the Philippine debating delegations to the annual national parliamentary debating competitions, United Asian Debating Championships (UADC), Australasian Intervarsity Debating Championships, and World Universities Debating Championships (WUDC).

As Founding Chairman, Executive Director, and Consultant to the JUDEANISM Schools of Passionate English Adjudicators and Keen Speakers (JUDEANISM SPEAKS), he aims to finally shift the policy of training students and teachers exclusively for the Indigenous People’s students and educators thru:
1. ADS-IPP-DAYS Council and Education Supervisor of English, Division Office, Department of Education, Agusan del Sur Indigenous Peoples Peace Debate of Ancestors Young Speakers (ADS-IPP-DAYS), Division of Agusan del Sur, Department of Education, Government Center, Patin-ay, Agusan del Sur, Philippines that started last May 30, 2008 to date;
2. Regularly pursue the annual Debate Organization of Maharlikan Adjudicators and Independent Nobles - Indigenous Peoples Peace Debate of Ancestors Young Speakers (DOMAIN-IPP DAYS) under the management and supervision of the JUDEANISM School of Passionate English Adjudicators and Keen Speakers, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte Province, Philippines that started last November 29, 2000 to date; and
3. Empower the Indigenous Peoples Educators through the annual hosting of the Raja Doms Indigenous Peoples Organic Network of Teachers – Masters Assembly of Parliamentary Speeches (Raja IPON Teachers–MAPS) Philippines; and
4. Organized the annual World Indigenous Peoples Peace Debate of Ancestors Young Speakers (World IPP DAYS); and
5. Set up scholarship and education assistance to the Indigenous Peoples young children and educators studying at the Indigenous Peoples Education (IPED) schools managed by the Department of Education.
