Beach Taichi has now closed for the season! We will resume in November!

A cooking for kids and Taichi for adults day coming in May!

Beach Taichi and Qigong will start at the later time of 5.30 pm! Starting Friday 13 th. All levels welcome!

New Taichi/Qigong classes for beginners start on 5th January! Enrol now to avoid disappointment! Classes at Back to School Cafe will be Mondays only from January. Spaces available at 10.45 and 1pm Mondays.
