ผ่านมาเดือนกว่าๆ หลังจบงาน BKKDW2026 มองรอบตัวช่วงนี้มีแต่เรื่องหนักๆ ทั้งข่าวสงคราม น้ำมันที่แพงขึ้น และความไม่แน่นอนในทุกๆ วัน...
ในโลกที่หมุนไวและเอาแน่เอานอนไม่ได้แบบนี้ เราจะสร้าง ‘พื้นที่ปลอดภัย’ ให้ตัวเองได้ยังไง?
นี่คือคำถามที่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นความตั้งใจของ SHERPUBLIQ ในงาน Bangkok Design Week 2026 ที่ผ่านมา
เมื่อโจทย์หลักของงานปีนี้คือ DESIGN S/O/S เราจึงขอนำมาตีความต่อในมุมของการดูแลจิตใจคนเมือง ให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่ SOS (Save Our Souls) ในแบบของเราเอง สำหรับเรา มันไม่ใช่แค่การออกแบบเพื่อความสวยงาม แต่คือความพยายามสร้าง "เครื่องมือตั้งรับ" และ "ภูมิคุ้มกันฉุกเฉิน" ให้กับจิตใจ
ย้อนกลับไปตอนเริ่มต้นโปรเจกต์เวิร์กชอป Thai Breathing Recipe เราได้ประกอบร่างแนวคิดนี้ผ่าน 3 แกนหลักไว้แบบนี้ครับ:
S – Secure Domestic (ออกแบบแนวรับ): เมื่อโลกภายนอกควบคุมไม่ได้ เราจึงตั้งใจสร้าง "เกราะป้องกันภายใน" ให้คนเมือง โดยใช้ทักษะการปรับสมดุลลมหายใจและสมุนไพร เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางใจ (Mental Security) ให้เป็นรากฐานที่เข้มแข็ง
O – Outreach Opportunities (ออกแบบแนวรุก): เราอยากนำเสนอภูมิปัญญา 'แพทย์แผนไทย' ในมุมมองใหม่ ให้เป็นประสบการณ์สุขภาวะแบบไทยแท้ (Authentic Thai Wellness) ที่จับต้องได้จริง เข้ากับไลฟ์สไตล์คนยุคนี้
S – Sustainable Future (ออกแบบแนวหน้า): ท้ายที่สุด เราไม่ได้อยากให้ทุกคนแค่มาดมกลิ่นแล้วจบไป แต่เราตั้งใจมอบประสบการณ์ และเครื่องมือเล็กๆ ที่จะเป็น Trigger (จุดประกาย) นำไปสู่ "ทักษะชีวิต (Life Skill)" ที่เราหวังว่าทุกคนจะพอหยิบไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้บ้าง เพราะเราเชื่อว่าการเข้าใจ 'ลมหายใจ' ของตัวเอง คือเครื่องมือ (Sustainable Tool) ที่ยั่งยืนที่สุดในการรับมือกับความท้าทายในอนาคต
นี่คือเหตุผลที่ SHERPUBLIQ (เฌอพับบลิค) อยากเป็นเหมือน "เฌอ" หรือต้นไม้ใหญ่ ที่มีพื้นที่ร่มๆให้ทุกคนได้มาพักและเตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับโลกภายนอก
วันนี้ขอหยิบภาพบรรยากาศแบบ Close-up ของวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ในวันนั้นมาแชร์ให้ดูกันครับ เผื่อว่าภาพความนิ่งและสงบเหล่านี้ จะเป็นเหมือนปุ่ม Pause เล็กๆ ที่ช่วยเตือนให้คุณลองสูดลมหายใจลึกๆ และกลับมาสร้างเกราะป้องกันให้ตัวเองในวันนี้ครับ
It’s been just over a month since BKKDW2026 wrapped up. Looking around these days, we are surrounded by heavy news—global conflicts, the rising cost of living, and the daily weight of uncertainty...
In a world that spins so fast and feels so unpredictable, how do we create a ‘safe space’ for ourselves?
This was the guiding question behind SHERPUBLIQ’s intention at Bangkok Design Week 2026.
With this year's core theme being DESIGN S/O/S, we chose to interpret it through the lens of urban mental well-being—transforming it into an SOS (Save Our Souls) space in our own way. For us, this wasn't just about aesthetic design; it was an effort to craft a 'coping mechanism' and 'emergency immunity' for the mind.
Looking back at the inception of our Thai Breathing Recipe workshop, we structured our concept around three core pillars:
S – Secure Domestic: Since we cannot control the outside world, we set out to build an "inner shield" for city dwellers. By using the art of breath balancing and herbal remedies, we aim to cultivate Mental Security as a resilient foundation.
O – Outreach Opportunities: We wanted to present the wisdom of 'Thai Traditional Medicine' through a fresh perspective, transforming it into an Authentic Thai Wellness experience that is tangible and seamlessly fits into modern lifestyles.
S – Sustainable Future: Ultimately, we didn't want people to just come, experience a scent, and leave. We intended to provide an experience and a small tool that could serve as a Trigger—sparking a "Life Skill" that we hope everyone can adapt into their daily routines. We believe that truly understanding your own 'breath' is the most Sustainable Tool for navigating future challenges.
This is exactly why SHERPUBLIQ aspires to be like a "Sher" (a large tree)—providing a calming, shaded space where people can find refuge, rest, and prepare themselves to face the outside world.
Today, we’d like to share some close-up glimpses of the ingredients and tools from that day. We hope these quiet, peaceful images can act as a tiny 'Pause' button in your feed—a gentle reminder to take a deep breath and rebuild your own inner shield today.

THAIFEX - HOREC Asia 2026 (March 11-13) has officially wrapped up!
We are thrilled that SHERPUBLIQ was selected for the Showcase: Wellness (Xperience Zone), allowing us to present modern Thai wellness products that answer today's lifestyle needs.
Thank you to our local and international partners for the great conversations at our booth, and for the continued outreach post-event. It’s amazing to see the strong interest in Thai Wellness and our traditional Thai Ayurvedic knowledge. The positive feedback has opened up many new possibilities for future collaborations.

จากผืนดิน สู่ความรื่นรมย์: เมื่อสมุนไพรไทยเล่าเรื่องผ่านงาน BKKDW2026

ใน exhibition ครั้งนี้ เราได้รับความร่วมมือจากเครือข่าย "พอแล้วดี" ที่ส่งต่อสมุนไพรคุณภาพจากแหล่งต้นกำเนิดชั้นดีมาร่วมจัดแสดง

อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์สำคัญคือสมุนไพรฤทธิ์ร้อนจากแดนใต้ "พริกไทยตรัง" (พันธุ์ปะเหลียน) จาก แบล็กโกล์ดพริกไทยตรัง Black Gold Trang Pepper ที่ได้รับการรับรองเครื่องหมาย GI (Geographical Indication) สิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ที่การันตีคุณภาพระดับสากล

ด้วยความสมบูรณ์ของพื้นที่ปลูก พริกไทยที่นี่จึงโดดเด่นด้วย "รสเผ็ดร้อนลึก" และมีกลิ่นหอมฉุนจัดจ้านจากปริมาณน้ำมันหอมระเหยที่สูงเป็นพิเศษ ไม่เพียงช่วยขับลม แก้อาการท้องอืดจุกเสียด แต่ยังมีสรรพคุณทางยาที่ช่วยสลายลิ่มเลือด ต้านการอักเสบ และช่วยเผาผลาญไขมัน ปลุกธาตุไฟในร่างกายให้ตื่นตัวและอบอุ่น

นี่คือผลผลิตที่เกิดจากความตั้งใจในการรักษาและถ่ายทอดคุณค่าของวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่น สมกับคำนิยามที่ว่า "สะท้อนรสชาติของผืนดิน ธรรมชาติ และกาลเวลา"

From Soil to Serenity: When Thai Herbs Tell Their Story at BKKDW2026

We are grateful to the Por Laew Dee network for sharing exceptional herbs from their native landscapes.
A key highlight is Trang pepper (Palian variety) from Black Gold Trang Pepper — a GI-certified southern spice known for its deep heat and intensely pungent aroma, shaped by the richness of its growing terrain.

In Thai traditional medicine, its warming potency helps dispel wind, ease digestive discomfort, support circulation, and awaken the body’s inner fire.

Our sincere thanks to Black Gold Trang Pepper for sharing the warmth of the land and Thai herbal wisdom through this remarkable pepper.

เมื่อสมุนไพรไทยเล่าเรื่องผ่านงาน BKKDW2026
ในexhibitionครั้งนี้ เราได้รับความร่วมมือจากเครือข่าย"พอแล้วดี"
ที่ส่งต่อสมุนไพรคุณภาพจากแหล่งต้นกำเนิดชั้นดีมาร่วมจัดแสดง
หนึ่งในนั้นคือสมุนไพรจาก สวนดินปรุง
ทั้ง เบญจมาศหนู (เก๊กฮวย) รสเย็นจืดว่านน้ำ รสหอมฉุน และอ้อย รสหวานนุ่มที่ส่งตรงจาก สวนดินปรุง จ.กำแพงเพชร สวนเกษตรผสมผสานที่เชื่อว่า "อาหารทุกคำคือยา" ด้วยการปลูกแบบปลอดสารพิษ 100% อย่างเบญจมาศหนูของที่นี่จึงมี "รสหอมแบบเย็นจืด" ที่สะอาดบริสุทธิ์ ช่วยดับพิษร้อนและบำรุงหัวใจได้อย่างแท้จริง ขอบคุณสวนดินปรุงที่มาร่วมเปิดสัมผัส "รสชาติของผืนดิน" และภูมิปัญญาไทยผ่านเรื่องของรสยาร่วมกันครับ
From Soil to Serenity: Thai Herbs at BKKDW2026

For this exhibition, we are grateful to the Por Laew Dee network for sharing Thai herbs from their places of origin, including Benjamart Noo chrysanthemum (cool, mild), Acorus (aromatic, pungent), and sugarcane from Suan Din Prung — an integrated, chemical-free farm rooted in the belief that “every bite of food is medicine.”

These living herbs embody the purity of their soil and the wisdom of Thai traditional medicine — gently clearing heat, nourishing the heart, and expressing the true taste of the land.
