One of our most requested services is Convalescent Care, after a hospital stay for short term support following Surgery, an acute illness or an injury.

During this period of time, we provide a skilled level of care which is individually designed to fit the unique needs of each client by taking a holistic approach to their recovery.

We provide 24-hour nursing care to our clients as well as physical therapy and other rehabilitative services, working in collaboration with other medical professionals as we strive every day to help our clients regain their strength, independence and overall wellness during their recovery period.
