My intra story:
It was in my 50th that i exprerienced bleeding. I thought it was part of my menupausal period. My O.B advised me to have a chemo for me to be totally healed. But i refused it. My inner me told "no" and also my husband and family also don't want it. Besides, we were financially drained na... But still, i went to an oncologist for chemo ( the one who assisted in my operation). There, she explained how much it cost and the foods to avoid such as meat, chicken processed foods etc.. I told the onco "ako sa hunahunaon doc" But wa jud ko nag pa chemo. I followed her, changed my diet- turned healthy living.

CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE testimony‼Hello and good morning!

I am Rey Nicolas from Team RaC, allow me to share to you my Blockbuster Testimony why I joined Lifestyles Company, and this is my story.

It was because of my health challenge and with my wife's initiative, I was hospitalized last November 24, 2020 due to my difficulties in breathing, awake for 24/7, easily exhausted, became oxygen dependent, swollen lower extremities, with heart enlargement and with liquid in my lungs.
