Usually, two methods of winding boxing bandages are used: "eight" and classic. The latter is very easy to use and therefore even beginners can handle it.
How to wind a boxing bandage in the classic way:
Put a loop on the thumb and wind a bandage from it;
Wrap the tape around the wrist, return to the thumb and fasten the bandage after one turn;
Start wrapping from the back of your hand. Each subsequent layer half-closes the previous one;
Then wind the tape around the knuckles, wrap a couple of times in places where the brush is poorly protected;
Fix the bandage with Velcro or ties.
How to wind bandages with a figure-of-eight:
Spread your fingers apart;
Start and finish in the same way as the classical method, only after two turns around the knuckles, the bandage is wound between the remaining four fingers;
It is necessary to wind from the side opposite to the thumb;
After each layer for additional fixation, wrap the wrist.
