Weight loss is not about spending countless hours in the gym...
Honestly, when I started my weight loss coaching, this month
one thing I have realized is this...
People are too lazy to exercise, I was lazy as well.The last time I paid for a gym membership.
I ended up not even
setting foot into the gym yet It was worth Ugx 200,000 a month.
My friends thought I was just throwing money around,
but that wasn't the issue...
Gyming is not my thing. When I realized I could do exercise as fun. I started by doing some simple home
workouts that I enjoy.☺️
I am not a good dancer but you see, I dance to
my favorite songs for 10-15 mins daily
before going to work.
I have come to realize that this journey is about what you love and more about yourself. Do not compare it with other people.
Most times we give up easily because we copy what others do. I have nothing against the gym but concrete on what you love more so that you don't struggle with consistency.

My fiance wants me to lose weight but we plan to have kids. I don't want to hang out because I feel out of place.
I hate eating salads, blending things is not my style. I want to eat all my favorite foods but I still want to lose the weight.
I get such messages on a daily basis.

34-year-old looses 30kgs reverses pressure and being diabetic
Hi, my name is Charity the Health and Wellness coach.
I am a wife and a mother of 3 adorable children.
It all began in 2016 when I had my first daughter, I gained over 15 kgs and I was at my heaviest (78kgs).
The following are the things that I noticed about myself.
😪 I could not figure out why I was gaining so much weight despite being committed to exercising.
😪I was not sleeping well at night even if my kids slept early I struggled 🛏️
I had to constantly buy new clothes to accommodate my new
size.👗
😔I tried so many diets but none seemed to work. I would lose a bit of weight and then gain it all back because I could not keep up with the diets.
I had very low self-esteem, no confidence at all, no energy, and was always in a bad mood( easily irritated), had a very high appetite, and craved food all the time.
Honestly, this affected my relationship with my husband, kids family, and friends😔

I always tell women the truth,
My dear Rockstar, if you do not get your eating and food right you will keep gaining the excess weight 😔.
If you do not train your brain to avoid emotional eating, cravings, binge eating and drinking the weight will keep piling.
You need to take the right steps to burn the fat.
Slimming teas, pills and blaming conditions is not the solution.
You will spend money and waste time when focusing on just buying pills, tummy belts or teas
