They come sliced and packaged whole or can be packaged into smaller servings. Vacuum sealed is available also.
Each brisket comes with our famous bbq sauce.

They are $125.00 for a 12-14 LB. pre cooked, they come sliced and either hot and ready or vacuum sealed.
All I can say is wish I made another one to keep for myself! Anybody wanting to order briskets for the holidays or just to enjoy and not have to cook, give me a holler.

Man hard to believe I just delivered my first catering of the year. But it was like riding a bike. Did Chupacabra seasoned brisket, potato salad, and the famous Chupacabra beans. Give me a shout if your interested on your quarantine get together being catered. We have many options and not just Bbq.
What a busy nov./dec.! We were blessed to be asked to cater a couple of weddings and some Christmas party’s. We served and we just set up a buffet. If y’all are interested in any type of catering service just give us a holler and we can answer any questions you may have also. Here are just a few pics from the last 2 months.
Y’all have asked so we made the leap and we are now accepting credit cards at all pop up events, catering, and bbq orders.
Hey y’all, this Saturday August 17 we will be set up at How We Roll on 87 in Adkins. They will be showing of there new inventory and They look awesome.
The menu will be a
HOW WE ROLL combo that consist of a Pulled pork on a bun, potato salad, and coleslaw with all the trimmings all for $8.
you can also make it a
RED’S Texas bbq combo for a $1 more and we add a BBQ sausage to the sandwich and coleslaw to top it off.
We will be setup from 11-2 or until sold out.
Ok y’all, it’s that time again. This Saturday August 3 from 11am-2pm or until sold out. I’ll be selling plates.
The menu will be Bbq chicken leg quarters and Pruski sausage, smoked Mac and Cheese, and award winning pinto beans, with all the trimmings. The plates are $10 and I will be set up at Duvall’s Carts and Barns at 12056 TX-107 Loop. It’s right inside 1604 off 87.
Come by and check out his assortment of buildings he has to offer and get a plate.

Hey yall sorry I haven’t post in a while been working a what not. I had the opportunity to cook Concan, and Bexar County livestock shows cookoff. Had a blast here are some of the turn ins. STUFFED BEEF CUTLET SANDWICHES is my new trial today. Stuffed with fried bacon and sautéed onions and bell peppers then covered with cheese. Then added brown gravy from the drippings as the sauce.
