Did some heavy pruning on the girls yesterday and switched them to a 12/12 light cycle- expecting some big stretching and growing as they prepare to start flowering in the next few days. I didn’t want to let them veg too long because my tent is only 4ft tall. In the flowering stage plants are expected to double if not triple the current height and width while maintaining proper distance from the light source

Ok, now that you know WHERE you want to grow. Let’s talk about HOW.

Grow lights are your friend! Invest in a good one- I got mine off Amazon for $80 which is so inexpensive when you get to looking into good grow lights and ones made specifically for growing cannabis. They can range from $20-$500 easily and clearly, the more you pay the better the light your plants get and BIGGER THE YIELD! (yield= bud crop). This is one of those things you’re going to want to spend money on to get better results.

I’ve also seen ppl (myself included) use LED strips to start a grow but that’s another topic 😏

Here’s a great starting point! Where do you want to grow at? You want a space big enough to hold your plants but small enough to control the temperature and humidity. I used a small 28in tent for my seedlings and a 3x4 after.
