Please understand that as a barber, I operate on a per-service basis rather than an hourly rate. This means that when a scheduled appointment is missed or canceled with short notice, it significantly impacts my livelihood. Just like any other professional service, I rely on the commitment and timely attendance of my clients to sustain my business.

Unfortunately due to recent no call/ no shows and cancellations , I will be enforcing a policy that charges the full price of the missed service for any appointment canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. This policy aims to emphasize the importance of honoring scheduled appointments and ensure fairness for both parties involved.

I genuinely value your patronage, and I want to continue providing you with exceptional service. By respecting this policy, you not only help support my business but also allow me to accommodate other clients who may be eagerly waiting for an appointment.

Of course, I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if you find yourself unable to make your scheduled appointment. I'm always willing to work with you to find a solution that is fair for both of us.
