As we all gear up for the holiday, if you’re feeling overwhelmed try some of these suggestions!🤎

Some tips:
1. No goal is too small, write down something achievable and put a big ✅ next to it once you’ve done it🙌🏻
2. Even 10 min of aerobic activity and movement has benefits on the body and mind🤸🏼🏃🏽‍♀️
3. Mindful breathing- meditation just a few minutes a day can lower cortisol levels😌🧘🏼‍♀️
4. No matter what challenges you’re facing, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for➡️ put that into perspective
5. Water water water, not just ☕️‼️ This can help with brain fog, body function and you’ll notice a difference in your skin✨
