On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the annual New Mexico Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) Conference will take place in Albuquerque. This free event brings together employers, job seekers, and advocates to highlight the importance of workplace inclusion and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities and aging workers.

The morning will feature workshops focused on building inclusive workplaces, followed by a hiring fair from 1:30–4:00pm, connecting job seekers with employers who are committed to diversity in hiring.

The conference is fully accessible, with interpreters and alternative formats available upon request by September 29.
