Feeling a whirlwind of emotions today. I recently applied for a new role, and while my efforts were praised, I wasn't the right fit. It's tough feeling stuck in a position where I excel but can't move up. After years of dedication, it's disheartening to wonder if I'll ever get the chance to grow.

I'm grateful for the recognition, but I'm also feeling a bit lost and frustrated. Despite this, I'm determined to find a place that truly supports my growth. Ready to make my own path and create the future I deserve. "The best way to predict the future is to create it." 🚀✨

Ever feel like a shadow in the daylight? 🌫️ Reached for something new, but my presence is just a whisper in the wind. Strange how some things slip through the cracks, even when you seek a guiding hand. Grateful for the light on my path, but sometimes the shadows from above linger longer than expected. Maybe it’s just the way of things, but I hold onto a glimmer of hope. The unknown beckons. 🌙✨

The To Do lists are piling up. The nice weather is cooling off and I'm getting overwhelmed with it all.

My strategy is to remind myself that I need to take time for myself. I don't need to put everything on my shoulders, and I definitely don't need to do it all. Even though I feel I do. Is notes.

I write sticky notes that end up everywhere. Little self affirmations that remind me to take time for me, other people's attitudes don't need to affect me, or that trying my best is enough.
