I am a person who normally doesn’t complain however I have to say I’m very disappointed in the new owners I have been a customer as most my family for years love my nail tech and recently closed the up stairs and now my daughter and I can no longer go same time adjusted to that but went this week to relax get our pedicures and the equipment was not working properly and the noise was awful had to yell to even have a conversation I feel if you are going to own a business you should maintain your equipment and then you want to charge same price poor business practice just saying
