I just wanted to take a moment today to post one of my most useful resources. Anyone practicing nutritional discipline can benefit from using this tool! A BMR calculator can be used to help individuals find their baseline caloric needs, and can be multiplied by an activity factor in order to help determine maintenance needs and their caloric goals for cutting weight or bulking.
BMR Calculator This free BMR calculator estimates basal metabolic rate based on well-known formulas. Also, learn more about variables that affect BMR.
I will be dropping a new kickstart program. This will be a n 8 week online program for those who are interested! The ideal client for this program will be someone new to the gym or someone returning to the gym from a long break. Like and share if you’re interested!
