I just learned something mind bending…over 80% of females currently have hormonal imbalance.
Insane.
And it’s eye opening to see how many common issues have a root cause in exactly that.

Women are incredible though.
We literally bleed almost 10 years of our life😱that’s about 3500 days of menstruation!
Plus we have allll the symptoms that go along with it.
Which is normal..but we don't have to suffer.
