This week, Joseph took on the swim current in the Endless E550 Swim Spa, building endurance and refining his technique as he prepares for his sprint triathlon this October.
And the results?
✅ Starting Weight: 135 lbs
✅ Current Weight: 132 lbs
✅ Total Lost: 3 lbs
Three pounds may not sound like much, but every pound lost, every workout completed, and every training session finished brings him one step closer to race day.
Progress isn’t always about giant leaps. Sometimes it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process.
