Tesse Lynn Life Coach & Mentor
I support women rebuilding their lives after trauma with grounded coaching rooted in lived experience, compassion, and practical guidance.
You don't need bruises to know something is wrong. If you've ever questioned whether the words counted, they did.
This is the work I take women through. If any part of this list sounds familiar, DM me. Let's talk about what rebuilding that trust in yourself actually looks like.

I used to believe love was something you earned. That if you gave enough, fixed enough, stayed quiet enough, someone would finally choose you and stay.
It took years to unlearn that. I still catch the old belief trying to run the show sometimes. The difference now is I notice it faster and I don't follow it as far.
Your turn. What's the belief you're working on unlearning? Comment below. I read every one.
You didn't end up with the wrong person by accident. You ended up with someone familiar.
Familiar and safe are not the same thing. Your nervous system doesn't know the difference. It just recognizes a pattern and relaxes into it, even when the pattern is the problem.
That's why leaving one relationship doesn't always break the cycle. You walk straight into the next one wearing a different face and the same feeling, because you haven't done the work that teaches your body what safe actually feels like.
Once you can name the pattern, you can finally change it.
What does familiar look like for you? Tell me below.
Comment CALL if you keep landing in the same loop with different people.
You've called this strength for years. Here's what it actually is. Your body learned that needing something made you a burden. Somewhere along the way, asking for help stopped feeling safe. So you stopped asking. You kept moving because stopping felt more dangerous than staying exhausted.
That wasn't a character trait. That was a nervous system doing the only thing it knew how to do.
It worked. It kept you upright when you needed to stay upright.
You get to put it down now.
When did you learn that needing help wasn't safe? Tell me below.

Leaving doesn't end it. Nobody tells you that part. You expect relief. You get a body that still braces at a slammed door or a certain tone of voice. Your nervous system spent years learning to stay alert. It kept working after you walked out.
The hardest part isn't the leaving. It's the year after. Everyone assumes you're fine because you're out. You're still bracing inside a body that hasn't caught up yet.
Still flinching doesn't make you crazy. Still checking the exits doesn't make you weak. Your body is doing exactly what it learned to do.
If you're in that stretch right now, tell me. What does it look like for you?

You picked a deadline for your own healing and nobody double-checked your math.
Maybe that number came from a podcast. Maybe it came from watching someone else's timeline and mistaking it for a rulebook. Either way, you started grading yourself against it.
Healing moves in loops. You catch a pattern. You repeat it anyway. Next time you catch it faster. That's the whole process.
Your timeline was invented. Nothing about you was late.
Where did your deadline come from? Tell me below.
You've been looking for someone who won't flinch when you say the whole thing out loud.
Someone who already knows what that weight feels like. And won't need a moment to catch up.
I've been the woman in that story. Teen pregnancy. Survived dv. Raised a daughter with severe medical needs through years of hospital stays. Lost myself completely. Then found the way back.
I became a coach because I found my way through a hard life, and I want to show you the same path.
DM me CALL and let's talk.
Eldest daughters are not a personality type. They’re a survival pattern. The good news is patterns can be rewritten. Phase 1 of my coaching is Foundations. We name what you were trained into. Then we rebuild. DM me to set up an intro call and let’s start talking.
Tag the eldest daughter in your life. She knows.
The hardest part was never the writing. It was admitting there was something to write. You don’t have to fix it today. You just have to stop pretending it’s not there. Send me a DM if you’re ready to finally write the first page.
“How much longer are you going to allow him to control your emotions?" My therapist asked me in a counseling session and it broke open my entire life. I had outsourced my feelings to other people for 30 years. I was furious. I cried in my car the whole way home.
Because she was right.
Phase 2 of my coaching is where I give you your feelings back.
Here's what I know now: most of us are still doing this. We just keep swapping out the person. Your ex. Your mom. Your boss. That person who lives rent-free in your head at 2am.
The question that changed everything for me wasn't "why does this keep happening?" It was "how much longer?”
If today is the day you're done handing your peace over to someone who hasn't earned it, send me a message. We'll book a call and figure out your next step together.
