Ann Arbor City Council has approved a local Irish bar's request to close a downtown street on 3/17 for an outdoor St. Patrick's Day event. On that date, it will have been 1 yr and 5 days since any child had in-person public school in Ann Arbor.

Reopening our schools needs to be a part of re-opening our economy. Please start writing your elected officials and tell them that we expect them to use their voice and influence to advocate for our children, follow the CDC guidelines and open our schools.
