Living a life of surrender and trusting the Only One who is worthy of holding my heart. Surrendering my heart and mind to our Creator, the lover of my soul, the Alpha and the Omega, our fountain and our true peace. Casting all my cares upon Him because He is the One who will completely heal me!

Life, as it does, ebbs and flows. The season that I am in right now is busy with transitioning homes. Saying goodbye to a home and a neighborhood we have lived in for 3 years. Saying goodbye to a lot of stuff!
I am embracing this season, letting go of the old and going forth open-handed for whatever our Heavenly Father wants us to have this coming year. I know He has us and I know He has good plans for us. ❤️

Sometimes you need to put a pause on social media for your health and that is ok! I am thankful for the mental rest I have received. I have still been busy with coaching clients and leading Bible studies which I love so much!!
