Fresh garlic, slow roasted in tallow, and homegrown rosemary, folded into the same simple recipe as always: organic flour, sourdough culture, water, tallow, and salt. Nothing else.

Our baked goods are now on Hotplate, which is how we’ll be doing orders going forward. Here’s how it works:

I know it’s been quite on here for a while. In the last 5 months, I’ve spent a total of 36 days in the hospital and the Mercantile has taken a backseat to my health. I was hoping to get back to doing markets in March, but in these last few months God has shown me that health and time with family come first. I will be doing a few markets here and there over the next few months so keep an eye out for more details. In the meantime, I still have plenty of your favorite non-toxic skincare products in stock and can fulfill tortilla orders with a 48 hour notice. I hope to hear from you soon 🫶🏼
