I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you for being so flexible, patient, and understanding while I’ve been away. I know unexpected changes and schedule adjustments aren’t always easy, and I appreciate everyone who has been so kind and supportive while I’ve taken the time I needed.

I’ve spent a lot of time telling all of you to listen to your body, take care of yourself, and give yourself permission to rest when you need it. This time, I had to take my own advice.

I’m grateful for each and every one of you and for the little community we’ve created through Much Kneaded. Thank you for sticking with me, supporting me, and reminding me that taking care of ourselves really does come first.

And with that… I’m officially back! 🌙✨

I’m easing back in with a few restrictions for now — lighter pressure, with cupping and scraping available in place of deeper pressure.

Thank you for giving me the space to take care of myself. Now I’m ready to get back to taking care of you.

As you could probably tell, this time off has brought about some changes to the structure, offerings, and sessions at Much Kneaded. ✨

And this is just the beginning!

Throughout the remainder of the year, I’ll be sharing more and more details about what’s changing, what’s coming, and what you can expect moving forward — and I am SO excited to finally share it all with you!

Growing a tiny human is hard work! Prenatal massage is all about helping you feel more comfortable as your body changes — easing those pregnancy aches, encouraging relaxation, and creating a little space for you to breathe. Have a favorite pillow that helps you get comfy? Bring it with!

Thinking about trying Reiki for the first time? Here are a few quick things to know:

⏰ Choose your time:
You can book either a 60-minute session for $90 or a 90-minute session for $120.

🌿 Come as you are.
There’s no special preparation needed. Just show up, get comfortable, and allow yourself to relax.

🧺 Bring a blanket if you’d like!
Comfort is key, so feel free to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you settle in.

😴 And please… don’t be embarrassed if you snore!
Seriously. 😂 If you fall asleep, that just means you’re comfortable! Snoring, little naps, deep relaxation — all welcome.
