Today's Cardio... End your workout today with this bad boy and let me know how you feel... Perform each of the above exercises with no rest and without putting the weight down. At the end of the circuit, rest for 90 seconds. Repeat 5 times.. How much weight to use? Using barbells choose a weight that's challenging but you are able to perform the workout using proper form...

F atloss vs. Conditioning in Bootcamps. while participating in bootcamps you will see the difference in ones that's geared towards fatloss vs. Conditioning. A fatloss camp will have you at your goal between 3 to 6mnths depending on your starting point. Conditioning camps will improve the cardiovascular system, but fatloss will not be as great as a fatloss camp. Now you will lose weight but once your body becomes efficient with doing the conditioning camp your results will slow down or plateau out.My camps are geard towards fatloss and will challenge you mentally as well as physically. With new workouts weekly, boredom never sets in. The workouts are an hour of intense work that jumps starts your body into fat burning mode.. leaving you ripped for the guys and lean and tone for the ladies...
