Let me tell you a secret today.
It's okay, if you're shy.
It's okay if you lack that confidence in you.
Its okay if you aren't that bold.

If you feel awkward communicating with people, have a gentle smile on your face and 93% of your communication is done.
Speak with a flow. Do not stammer while you speak. Feel like it's only you who knows what to speak next. Rest all your burdens aside.

Allow me to burst your Bubble here: There is no way to sustain happiness.
Happiness is an emotion.
And just like all Emotions they come and go. All of them. Including Happiness.
The problem is the longer you try to hold onto Happiness the easier it is for it to escape.
When you’re happy you don’t think about it.
You just enjoy the moment.
As soon as you notice you’re happy you’re not happy anymore. You’re focused too much on realizing you’re happy that you miss the point of being happy.
And just like that the bubble pops.
Happiness is a state of being. It’s an emotion that you feel or do not feel.
And there is no way to keep happiness 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
But you can get really close!
I want you to look at the master’s of happiness.
Think about the kinds of humans whose whole existence is revolving around being happy: Children.
What do children do that sustains their happiness for such long periods versus adults who seem to just get glimpses of happiness every once in a blue moon?
1. They Completely Disregard The Outside World - Children run around screaming, play in the dirt, and even play with their food in restaurants. They go with their impulses in complete disregard of what others may think.
2. They Move A Lot - Big, excited, and loud movements. Running everywhere they go, celebrating every little thing, rarely sitting still and screaming in joy whenever the impulse comes up.
3. They Have No Concept Of Failure Failure - Kids are not concerned with failing at all. They do not even think that far ahead. Sure, when they fail they notice they did not get what they want. But all the way up until that moment they do not care. They do not think, just act. That’s why the climb trees even though they can fall, run at full speed even though they can trip, and play as hard as they can.
4. They Have No Concept Of The Past - Past mistakes or failures do not matter to them. They are so absorbed in the moment that they cannot bother to think about yesterday or even 5 seconds ago. I mean, they do have the opportunity to have fun NOW. So why would they do anything to disrupt that?
When you apply these concepts to your own life you will be able to sustain your happiness far longer.
Start to disregard the people around you and their opinions. Do what you want even if it is a little embarrassing and give yourself the opportunity to be happy. If you restrict yourself right away you’ll never even get a chance.
Start to move faster, bigger, and louder. Sit up straight, stand up as often as you can, move around and spring everywhere you go. When’s the last time you ran as fast as your legs could carry you? Move more. Move bigger. Scream louder. Laugh wider. And Celebrate more!
Start to ignore the possibility of failing. You want to do something? Great! Do it! That’s all you should think about. You want to do it? Yes or No. Stop the thoughts after that, go for it and ignore what may or may not happen. Just give it a try!
Start to ignore the Past. Yes, you may have failed before. Yes, it may not have brought you happiness before. Yes, a ton of other things may happened in the past. But so what? You’re not the same person anymore and you want to do this now. That’s all that matters. Be brave! Give it a try!
Do these things as often as you can and you’ll find that more and more happiness starts to creep back into your life.
And, before you know it you’ll live the same way you used to as a child: Happy, Blissful and filled with completely honest Joy.

If you plant an apple seed you will get an apple tree. It doesn’t matter if you wanted a mango or a peach, you will get an apple as the fruit.
Pretty BASIC, right?
Let’s apply this to your MIND …
If you plant the seed of “THIS WILL NEVER WORK FOR ME” “I can’t do it”
Then guess what? It's probably gonna grow itself and you will end up with no results i.e. not succeeding.
Look, whatever you try in life, don’t tell yourself it’s not going to work for me,
Until you have given it at least 30 days.
Whatever you want to try, meditation, exercise, launching a new business, learning to paint.
You know what your goals are and what’s gonna help you succeed so select one thing and stick with it for 30 days.
Don’t tell yourself you can’t do it unless you have given it a solid try.
Try it for at least 30 days.
Almost anything will work after 30 days.
PRO Tip: For those people who are going to commit to something for 30 days after reading this.
When you are doing the 30 days challenge, in the back of your head you might still believe it won’t work and you maybe won’t put enough effort into it.
Don’t give yourself time to think that.
Do it as if it’s going to work. That’s the key.

1. Keep Learning - If you never stop learning you never stop improving.
2. Learn About Money - Money is solved; you simply have to find the resources that tell you how to use it.
3. Be On Top Of Your Finances - Let money excite you, not scare you. Pay your bills on time, check your bank account and find ways to increase it.
4. Meditate - Stress is one of the most common health risks in the world. Meditate to minimize this risk.
5. Exercise - As we age we lose muscle mass which increases our chance of illnesses and diseases related to weakness. Do some cardio and weight training every week.
6. Eat Healthy - Easier said than done but better for you in the long run. There are many delicious, healthy meals you can make.
7. Create & Sell - Create a side-gig whereby you produce content, services or products that you can sell on the side. A little extra racks up quickly.
8. Read A Lot - You keep your mind sharp this way and allow yourself either a good break with a fictional story or to learn more about the world with a non-fictional book.
9. Be Creative - Have one creative outlet.
10. Progress - Try to have a drive for every hobby and activity you partake in. The more you progress and the better you get, the better you feel.
11. Invest In Good Relationships - Reach out one more time to those relationships that elevate you or the people that want the best for you. They are worth keeping around.
12. Look For More - If your job is not perfect then keep looking for other opportunities. Most of the time there will be nothing to find, but you only need one chance anywhere along the way to change everything.
13. Get Help - Talk to a Therapist, Coach or Psychologist. They are there to make your life better and almost all who use their services benefit from them in the end.
14. Invest Your Money - Money grows if you invest it. The sooner you invest it the more time it has to grow. Since it grows exponentially if you put it in the right places, the earlier you do this the richer you get.
15. Keep Up With Your Hobbies - They are in your life for a reason. Keep them or replace them with a different one but never abandon that timeslot completely.
16. Know Your Values, Beliefs & Boundaries - We often forget them as we age and reduce them for people and things that do not matter.
17. Learn To Laugh At Yourself - It is a skill and strength stronger than any other.
