We are planning on OPENING on May 9th
PLEASE READ

Here are some guidelines: Don't worry, your technician will walk you through every step needed. They have all been trained already on the procedures to keep everyone safe as possible.

During Covid 19 we we have special instructions: You must bring and wear a hoop around your ear mask during your entire appointment. You can not take it off during your time in the salon, a tie in the back mask will not work.

Do not bring guest with you, they will have to wait in the car. When you arrive, wait in your car until your stylist calls you to come in.

We are required to ask a few questions and using a touchless, take your temperature. Wash your hands as soon as you enter the store or use hand sanitizer.

Please don't touch anything during your visit. If you need to buy products, please ask your stylist to assist you or we encourage you to place your order over the phone and we will have your product bagged and ready with your name on it when you arrive.

You must sign a liability waiver before entering. We understand these are hard times, but we want to be safe for you and our staff.

When you call for your appointment you will have to leave a message as we do not have any receptionists working due to a limit on how many people can be in the salon.
(10 people max, 5 technicians & 5 clients per building is the state mandate for all salon facilities)

[05/06/20]   Tranquility Salon Opens May 9th and we have been taking calls to schedule appointments since May 4th!

If the phone call for your next appointment took place prior to May 3rd. Please call the salon or your technician to confirm your appointment. If your call for your next appointment occured after May 3rd you should be ok.

Some appointments may have changed because we were waiting for the final instructions from Governor Polis. So please confirm your appointment time with your stylist.

This is mostly to help those that may have had pre-scheduled appointments prior to the salon having to close back on March 19th as our schedules have had to be re-done since then. Thanks for your understanding.

[05/03/20]   We will be opening on May 9th!
Due to state and county mandates things will be different for a while.
We have had to change up every ones schedule, so if you an appointment, there is a good chance it will need to rescheduled.
We all apologize for the inconvenience but we will get through this!
Starting Monday we will be answering the phone and scheduling appointments.

We have made great changes to the salon and salon procedures to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as we can. We are following all guidelines provided. We will have specific guidelines for staff and clients to follow to keep everyone as safe as possible.
