Psssst… we’re closing out Self Care Awareness Month with Sacred Movement and this time we’re focusing on the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is connected to pleasure, creativity, sensuality, desire, emotions, and our ability to experience and express ourselves freely. It’s that part of us that reminds us that feeling good, creating, moving, and receiving are our birthright.

So what does that look like in practice? 👀🤔

We’ll tap into intentional movement, breathwork, rhythm and sound, reflection, journaling, creative expression, and community conversation. There will also be herbal tea and a handcrafted botanical gift for you to take home.

Join us for Earth Carries Us, a hands on botanical foot soak experience where you’ll learn about the properties and uses of different botanicals, oils, salts, and other ingredients used in foot and body soaks.

Explore what resonates with you, learn techniques you can continue using at home, and create your own botanical foot or body soak to take with you. We’ll also make space for reflection, conversation, and community along the way.

Sometimes we have to create space to sit with ourselves long enough to answer the questions we've been avoiding. The ones we already know have the potential to change our lives.

We spend so much time responding to everyone and everything around us that we rarely pause to ask ourselves what we truly need to feel safe, supported, and grounded.

The Root Chakra is associated with our foundation. It speaks to our relationship with safety, stability, belonging, trust, and our most basic needs. When that foundation feels unstable, it can become difficult to slow down, receive support, trust ourselves, or feel fully present in our own lives.

Sacred Movement: Grounded is an invitation to reconnect with that foundation through embodiment. Together we'll move, breathe, reflect, journal, be in community, and create space to acknowledge what has been asking for our attention. We'll explore where instability may be living within us, gently move with what arises, and make room for greater clarity, presence, and connection.
