A live class with 4 easy steps to promote a healthier lifestyle. This is not a stroll around the block walk! This is a fun, 2 mile, workout!

[11/06/17]   I haven’t been on my Walk 15 page in a long time! We still walk every morning at 8:15. We still do 2 miles with strength training and stretching. We still do all this in about 30 minutes. And best of all, it’s still free! I will accept a love offering if you are so inclined!

[03/23/16]   April 6 is National Walk Day. Come join us at 9am for a walk. You will have so much fun. We are located at 113 E college Ave in Downtown Ashburn.
